The front desk team is absolutely top-notch—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Maintenance even made sure we found our room when we walked in, which was a nice extra touch. The water park staff, especially Felica, was fantabulous. Highly recommend staying here!

But there was one person in particular that really stood out to me and my family was a woman named Felicia. We had previously been at the hotel for my daughter’s 12th birthday in April and she still remembered us she was very kind and treated us like family. me and my family will definitely be coming back again, but mostly to see Felicia
