We had family coming from all over and they were so accommodating and wonderful from start to finish. The service here was outstanding from start to finish. I had accidentally booked the wrong days and called Lori last minute and she gladly switched things around still getting the family lined up in pool side rooms. The pool area is awesome and great mood lighting with common areas to hang out. The front desk, pool staff, housekeeping, and restaurant staff here were so fun and helpful. We were greeted with smiles every encounter anyway they could be accommodating. Would come back her again. We especially loved Felicia she is a ray of sunshine. Definitely stay here.
