Felicia was working in the pool and atrium during our most recent stay tonight and she was such a gem. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable. She worked her butt off and there were a ton of people here tonight. Most hotels would have been without towels and have overflowing garbages with this many guests. We were very impressed.

We used to stay at another Lakeville hotel on our visits but no more- this hotel looks recently remodeled, VERY quiet rooms, clean and had a cool waterpark! Great value and staff were so helpful and pleasant. Bathroom was small but good shower and practical with what we needed. Beds were comfortable and great pillows. This is our new favorite hotel in Twin Cities!
