No clue why No answer was given when I complained to front desk. Then told I’d be comped points and or a free night stay.. nothing was given till I complained to IHG rewards the general manager don’t care even though she was in the wrong for entering my room without permission and invaded my privacy. Stay away unless you like your privacy invaded.. update still no response from the hotel. They don’t care about privacy

Noticed the outlet next to the sink is was not a GFCI protected outlet. Had some bugs in the room but no bed bugs. The AC/ Heater in the room was broken. It didn't know when to turn off. It got way to hot in the room after setting the temp to 69.
