  Phenomenal customer Service from Erin and Serena!!! They touched my heart being so helpful and making sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. Many options to choose from for breakfast. They also have a heated pool and jacuzzi! Highly recommended!!!

  Was looking forward to getting out of the house and staying here with my partner over Valentine's Day weekend. We booked the bridal suite that included a hottub and fireplace, the booking was done through their website. At check in the receptionist man said the reservation was for double queen beds. I kept asking if the suite was still available or if anybody was in the room currently and he said someone else was staying in it. Only rooms left were double queen and single king. I insisted we stay here despite being so livid I thought I would cry. How do you mess up that bad? The upset from this has left me frustrated and drained from the moment I got into the elevator to checkout. The single king room we got the choice of was just okay at best, nothing to brag about. Heat function did not work on the a/c, it just blew cool air and sometimes made a weird noise. TV was smaller than I expected for a room with a king bed. Outlets were hard to find. Pillows were flat, my neck is a bit sore now. Breakfast was sparce. The other Grandstay hotel in Cambridge is much nicer and I've never had a problem with staying there. Do not go here. I see plenty of other reviews (that I read after checking out) that say they also had problems with their reservations getting mixed up or lost completely. I regret insisting on staying, I don't know why I did, we should have went home. We were so disappointed we checked out early.

  Great service, great room (though we spoiled ourselves with the jacuzzi suite). The morning breakfast was awesome! Loved the biscuits and gravy! Front desk staff were outstanding at helping and answering questions. They are pet friendly!!

  The front desk ladies were exsteamly accommodating and nice! The rooms were cozy and clean. The location is perfect being next to convenient.

  We stayed recently for a hockey tournament. There were a few issues and hiccups but Diane the manager took care of making sure to fix things for us. I would say the one thing I wish they'd improve is upkeep, better mattresses, and larger pillows.
