    Stayed here many times before with no issues but not so this time. Got a “noise complaint” from the front desk attendant. Had the TV (volume 10) on in the background having casual conversation at 9:20 PM. When I went down to inquire further, attendant said she could hear us outside the door “multiple times”. The parking lot is mostly empty and we were in a corner room on the fourth floor. Maybe it’s because we’re two guys sharing a room? Could never prove it but it was so out of the blue we’re genuinely flabbergasted and can’t help but wonder. Either way, checked out and went to another hotel.

    Came here for a hockey tournament and had a good experience overall. I will say that if I stay in Grand Rapids again I will choose this hotel strictly because of the (I would dare to say best) front desk professional Heather. She made the entire experience what it was with her great attitude, fast check in, and above and beyond accommodation to not only myself but the ENTIRE group we were there with. Thank you Heather!

    Great spot in Grand Rapids! Totally brand new (it seems). Rooms are wonderful and they were so welcoming to our group. The lobby and gathering areas were also perfect for our group and the staff was so accommodating! Would love to come back

    This place looks brand new. Everything is very modern. The lighting in the rooms is warm and inviting. Beds are a bit stiff, but comfortable. The staff is awesome. Heather who was working the desk, was everywhere. Checking on the floors and keeping the pool and work out room clean and stocked with towels. As well there was never a line. She handled all newcomers quick and with a smile! The breakfast was hot and fresh. And it tasted great! Definitely a place I would come back to again and again!!! Thanks for the wonderful stay!
