Well, for those who know, knows. Hampton had gone down hill, not just this place but all over the USA. All have in common: Terrible breakfast, limited to none, Coffee has been the same taste sine 2005, where they get it, beyond me but has never changed. Customer Service is a 50/50, some place and depending on shifts (terrible/good/welcoming). This place has that 50/50 customer service. As for rooms, well depends type & floor, some are comfy, others are not, pillow are a 50/50 as well. Only hotel in town that's ok, BW is not too bad (smaller rooms).

I travel to Southern MN several times a year and the Hampton Inn is the BEST place I have stayed! The rooms and all places in the hotel are very clean and well kept. The front desk is responsive to questions. All the staff are easy to work with and quickly reply to any questions or concerns. The room is worth the price! The Hampton Inn also checks in with you during your stay to see how things are going. The hotel is friendly to pets and children. Games and puzzles are available, as well as, a fitness area. There is a printer for people to use to i. the lobby. The breakfast offers a variety of food. My family and I will be return guests. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!
