- JCJenna CavittSep 16, 20255.0I was plesently supprised with this hotel! I can tell it has recently been updated on the inside. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. I loved that they had hard and soft pillows on each bed. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave and a keurig coffee maker. The room had PLENTY of plastic cups to use for water, drinks, ect. The trash cans had an extra bag which is always nice especially for longer stays. They had dove soaps and lotion in the shower and at the bathroom sink. My only complaint would be that the AC is noisy when it runs. I got used to it though. The pool was really clean and they had plenty of towels available for guests with a restroom right there too. The breakfast hours were great! We were able to sleep in a bit and still have plenty of time to eat. There were several breakfast options and each day they main hot food was switched up a bit. Always an egg hot food (mini egg and cheese omelet, egg white & veggie omelet or scrambled eggs) a protein (sausage, sausage link, bacon or turkey sausage) and potatoes. Not those hard potatoes noone likes either, they were cooked all the way through, soft and delicious. The had cereal options, oatmeal with several toppings, pastries, bagels and a pancake/waffle maker. Juice options, milk and serveal yogurt options. Fresh fruit! The front desk clerk let us know when they were about to close the breakfast room and allowed us time for one more run through. The staff have been so nice and helpful! There is a market up front full of snacks, food, drinks, and ice cream! They also had all of the little things you may have forgotten like medicine, razors, toiletries, ect. The location is close to really good restaurants and stores. We enjoyed 4 & 5's breakfast, Maynards (more of a drive, but beautiful lakeside views) and fat pants. This was our first time to Eden Prarie and first time in Minnesota. Such a beautiful and fun spot! Thankful to have such a good place to return to after our days exploring.
