  Our room was not clean after having to wait hours to check in. The first thing we noticed was that the room smelled of bleach so strong that it gave me a headache. We tried to shower when we notice that the tub was dirty and clogged. We checked underneath our mattress to make sure there weren’t any kind of bugs and found a bunch of trash from previous guests. Lastly the pool was gross and milky looking but we tried to make the best out of our stay and our kids really wanted to swim so we let them swim for a few minutes. We showered immediately after and the next day we woke up itchy and my husband thinks he has pink eye. We will not be back even if it was our last resort. Staff was horrible. The only positive things I can say is that the breakfast was great and the location was convenient. Even still I will never come back.

  It’s unfortunate I am having to leave a negative review on here. The hotel staffs are great, the location is really nice but the internet connection sucks. I am here for 4 weeks for work. I am required me to constantly use the internet for meetings and other activities. The connection process is tedious. When you finally get connected the most you’d get out of it is 10mbs with is awful for an hotel. Look of other options if connectivity is a big part of your stay. I could not even get a proper connection to write this review. Management invest in your hotel’s connections it is extremely poor and disappointing!!!

  We were here for a (4) nite stay, checking in on a Monday. Housekeeping was be request so we asked for Wednesday. The desk agent neglected to advise that all staff would be at another location for a conference that day. Then there was a 5" snowstorm so no housekeeping on Wednesday as requested. The front desk happily provided new towels and TP on request and said we would be compensated $50 per nite for the next two nites. When checking out Friday morning, I asked how this would be handled. The desk agent said "Because you prepaid thru Expedia in full, we cannot help you." I said " Can I speak with a manager because that doesn't sound right." "Call Monday morning" I was told! Furthermore the Wednesday snow was not properly cleared from the parking lot and by Friday morning, you needed ice skates to get around. I almost fell twice
