    We were here for a (4) nite stay, checking in on a Monday. Housekeeping was be request so we asked for Wednesday. The desk agent neglected to advise that all staff would be at another location for a conference that day. Then there was a 5" snowstorm so no housekeeping on Wednesday as requested. The front desk happily provided new towels and TP on request and said we would be compensated $50 per nite for the next two nites. When checking out Friday morning, I asked how this would be handled. The desk agent said "Because you prepaid thru Expedia in full, we cannot help you." I said " Can I speak with a manager because that doesn't sound right." "Call Monday morning" I was told! Furthermore the Wednesday snow was not properly cleared from the parking lot and by Friday morning, you needed ice skates to get around. I almost fell twice

    Average place. Needs some maintenance in various areas. Especially the coffee machines and hot water tap. Been broke for weeks.

    Yes, Yes, Yes!!! After our canceled flight I phoned, Thomas was a great help. Our reservation was held till we arrived two days later. I phoned Lori about our flight the following day. She was very helpful and concerned about our delay. When we finally arrived after midnight, Georgia was polite and greeted us with a smile. Throughout our 9 day stay Lori called us by name the entire time. Always with a Hello and Welcome Back. Breakfast was very good! Always kept very clean and stocked with hot fresh food. Housekeeping was always greeted with a smile and a very quick response to any request. Yes, even after staying for 9 days we had nothing to complain about. It's nice to give compliments!! I never had the opportunity to meet Jason (the GM). I wanted to compliment him as to his staff with the Great Job they do.

    Nice hotel and services. Staff was very kind and helpful. We were there for work and were able to be productive. I used the business area and gym as well. We had a nice stay! Thank you!
