- GNGreg NelsonDec 30, 20255.0Yes, Yes, Yes!!! After our canceled flight I phoned, Thomas was a great help. Our reservation was held till we arrived two days later. I phoned Lori about our flight the following day. She was very helpful and concerned about our delay. When we finally arrived after midnight, Georgia was polite and greeted us with a smile. Throughout our 9 day stay Lori called us by name the entire time. Always with a Hello and Welcome Back. Breakfast was very good! Always kept very clean and stocked with hot fresh food. Housekeeping was always greeted with a smile and a very quick response to any request. Yes, even after staying for 9 days we had nothing to complain about. It's nice to give compliments!! I never had the opportunity to meet Jason (the GM). I wanted to compliment him as to his staff with the Great Job they do.
