This was based on a few issues of that I had that were different from my normal travel experience staying at a Hilton. I have stopped trying to talk to any of the managers at different hotels as they usually just get so defensive and I end up feeling worse than when I started... I decided to try again today and boy am I glad I did! Patti Jo actively listened to what I was saying, expressed concern and validated my feedback. I am now going to speak to one of the sales guys for this hotel and set up a corporate rate as I will definitely be returning as long as that amazing lady works there.
