- MPMark PDX6 days ago1.0Very noisy. What idiot decided to put a swimming pool on the 8th floor of a hotel, surrounded by guest rooms on multiple floors? Chlorine smells and the screams of children permeate the thin walls. Clueless guests talk at high volumes -- again, outside of guest rooms -- while waiting for excruciatingly slow elevators. In spite of outside temps in the 40s, turning the thermostat to 67 degrees activated the loud air conditioner. Are you kidding me?
- DSDana SueApr 14, 20262.0We had high hopes. 5 calls to the front desk in 12 hours. Broken toilet. Twice the fire/smoke alarm in our ROOM went off in the middle of the night. Television won't cast streaming or sign on to internet so we had to watch TV on our laptop. Constant alarm going off next door. Housekeeping never came to clean/tidy our room. Hotels are not what they used to be. The employees were wonderful and the location is wonderful but we won't be back.

My wife would have been disgusted about the hair, but she wasn't there. Nobody ever came to clean the room or freshen the towels. TV channels only, no online streaming like YouTube. Internet was fast enough for me. Free shuttle to and from airport was unexpected, and nice to have. Phone number to front desk extremely hard to find on the internet to call about a credit card charge.
- ASAshley SwansonMar 28, 20264.0We paid for and requested a harbor view room. We did get that.. but the windows need a lot of maintenance to make it pleasant. The rooms are overall decently clean but ours had a fair amount of peeling wall paper (around the windows) and some weird stains on the bathroom wall. An overall better dusting needs to be done too (picture frames, lamp, etc). Our hair dryer was also broken, putting me behind in the morning. Even though we came during a very busy time, rooms weren't too noisy.
