They both took a humble, personal approach to any situations and/or issue; especially when my ADHD kicked in and i forget my key... twice. and a quick shout-out to the hotel manager, name has slipped my memory. the water heater broke Wednesday night. Thursday mornings not even 10 hours later it was fixed. here's the catch: he stopped me and brought the issue to my attention. he didn't have to. He took the time and put himself in a possible place of conflict to make sure I knew the problem was fixed. so to anyone reading this, I hope this helps influence your visit to give them a shot. because at the end of the day your away from home and worst thing to feel is unwelcome where you stay. I didn't feel that once my entire stay with them. beds were comfy, pillows to match your preference, plethora of towels in the bathroom. not big on breakfast, but breakfast is offered, heated pool and a rockstar staff. everything else is a 5-10min drive/Uber in any direction. hope this helped! #room400

They gave us a goodie bag at the front desk and there was also a free drink and snack in the room itself. Pool was clean and stuff, no issues there. My only negative was that the shower floor was quite slippery. This was a very nice room for the money and I'd highly recommend this hotel. We stayed 2 nights.
