  I stayed here 2 non consecutive nights in 2 separate rooms, pretty standard accommodations. Pros: I was pleased that the king size beds had king size pillows rather than extra queen size pillows like other hotels. Rooms and hall ways seem to be clean. Room curtains offer very good privacy Staff was respectful. Bunch of choices for breakfast that look very tasty. Negatives: both rooms had some outlets that didnt work To get full room lit up you need to turn on just about every light. The pool is only 3 1/2 foot deep Also not that there are pictures of a water slide and that Does Not exist anymore. Hot tub wasnt cold but it could certainly be hotter and still safe. The placement of the handicap lift into the hot tub blocks the pool view so if you're a parent it makes it difficult to watch your kids in the pool if you want to be in the hot tub. The windows between the hall and the pool are all cracked. I read other reviews that say they have been remodeling though so that could be plan to fix or a result of work that they have been preforming. The rooms are pretty pricey for standard accommodations but overall I had a decent experience.

  The location is ideal for me as it is close to family. Lovely updates! Particularly enjoy the option to workout at the neighboring Lifetime fitness on a cold January afternoon

  My stay at Holiday Inn Express was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was great for a restful night. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, and the staff was helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel was quiet, convenient, and made traveling stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

  I have had a terrible experience working with this hotel to set up a hotel block for my wedding. They are extremely unprofessional and will not respond to my request for a contract after I had already filled out the form in person. The lack of communication is absolutely appalling and extremely frustrating.

  Our room was clean and quiet. All the ice machines were broken down (12/27-12/29/2025) and one of two elevators was down as well. Typical breakfast from 6am-930, maybe 10am. We would stay here again. Lots of food options nearby. We Doordashed one meal because of a blizzard and it took almost two hours :(
