    Worse experience. Stayed there two nights, front desk guy was a douch and had his vape on the counter when their sign clearly says no vape or smoking. The day of check out the hotel had carpet cleaners and tried to rush us out of the room before check out time, I was already disturbed by the clarpet cleaners at 845 then again at 10 from front desk staff then the general manager called to rush us out, check out policy and time is at 11. Because I did not budge, the GM stated they put a note under our door to inform us of this, that was NOT TRUE. Staff did not do their due diligence in ensuring customers were informed of the ruckus that was going on and expected that we would’ve been an easy target for them to just make us leave. Sorry not sorry, you did not give us any notification that was going to happen and to disturb us not once but 4 times was ridiculous. Next time make better preparations.

    Very nice rooms, friendly staff, love that pool was open til Midnight. Only downside was there were not a lot of eating options in town.

    So we got caught in the storm coming back from vacation at 9 o’clock at night pulled into grand State hotel the young man that checked us in was amazing next day get some lady with black eyes there and some other guy that was very rude. TVs didn’t work for two days. We got stuck there and they still charged us full price and try to add on another day that I told him that was pending still didn’t fix the issue charges full price told me it was God‘s situation. We’ll never go to that place again shouldn’t have to pay full price when I don’t get to use the amenities they say they have tall skinny Guy With classes on top of it. That place wasn’t booked out at all. Nobody was coming in because of the storms a few stragglers that were out on vacation that’s it. We were just trying to get home. They made a bad situation worst by taking as much money as they could from us don’t recommend this place only thing good was the young man that helped us the first night. Nice rooms but they’re greedy in the service sucked. Update the hotel management did make it right ,and that was much appreciated. Nice hotel, just hope that doesn’t happen to anyone else .. thanks for making it rite .

    Would not answer phone twice. Called phone number and received national line. Requested spa and paid price for it. Got to hotel and didn’t get requested room . Very mad after long day of travel. Never notified of change of room. Staff rude

    A nice, comfortable, clean, and modern hotel! My only criticism is they run out of hot breakfast VERY early (by 8am) and don't restock. I think they may need to reconsider how they manage breakfast. But what they lack in the breakfast area they make up for with their nice bar and quiet rooms (we were across from the pool, full of kids, next to the ice machine, and didn't hear anything from inside the room). Love the king room with the soaker tub -- a little spa experience on vacation!
