- EKEricka KollinApr 16, 20261.0Hotel staff was friendly. Our room was very worn and dirty. Dinner plate size brown stain on the carpet. Animals are allowed here therefore I was concerned about what the stain could be. It didn’t appear as if anyone had attempted to clean it up. It made me even more concerned because of my 1 year old playing on the floor which I had to monitor even more than normal. There were multiple smears of brown unknown substances on the wall throughout the room. The silverware still had food on it. My daughter found a hair tie in her bed. There were chunks of something on the top of the toilet lid. Thick visible dust on ledges. I did politely make the hotel aware but it went unresolved as I did not receive a reply. The actual space & bed count was ideal for my family size as we have 5 children ages 1-13. We were in town for a basketball tournament and the hotel was centrally located to the schools in addition to local attractions such as the Mall of America.

There was plenty of space for the kids to play and run around while in the room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.
