  I wanted to say that my shuttle driver was excellent. Her name was Klohie. She went above and beyond after a mix up where earlier I had been shuttled to the wrong Bloomington Holiday Inn Express by a different driver. Even though it was not her fault, she was very apologetic and made up for the prior bad experience. Thank you so much, Steve G.

  Our shuttle driver Gary Lee was very helpful with the rental car return, he’s a funny guy, the ride was on time, enjoyable and very informative of the area. Hope Gary is our driver the next time we are in town. Your fellow Norwegian sisters!

  Edit Long review ahead: I previously wrote a review about staying at the Holiday Inn in Bloomington, MN. My stay was terrible and on top they charged my card for another person's stay. We both had the same last name and there was quite a mix up. I saw a charge on my card for $246.65 and was floored because the room I stayed in was already paid for. I spoke to multiple people but they all got irritated with me and insisted that it was an error on my bank's end, which didn't even make sense. A couple days ago I called the hotel again to see if I would find someone who would be thorough and at least use common sense to figure out where the error occurred. I was in such luck. I spoke to Kayla and she was the absolute best person I dealt with throughout this whole ordeal. She listened keenly to the issue, asked the relevant questions, searched the computer system and completed what the others made it seem like an impossible investigation. Kayla kept calm, sincere and absolutely understanding of the trauma the experience put me through. This woman deserves a raise! Her customer service was on point and she did everything right, even apologized for the bad experience. Kayla, if you're seeing this, THANK YOU! You are the difference your workplace need.

  Extremely impressed with the service from Terry Banks. He delivered excellent customer service to myself and several other customers, especially on a busy night like Saturday evening with a concert and sports tournament in town. The world needs more caring individuals like Terry Banks! Thank you

  We recently stayed here as a family over the Easter break wanting to go to Mall of America. HUGE shout-out to the shuttle drivers Leo, Rasfat and Derek. They were amazing to deal with. They literally took us where we wanted to go and didn't need to rent a vehicle because the shuttle goes right to the Mall and airport! Rooms were clean. No issues. Cons: I wish we would have known about the construction happening just outside the hotel. The construction crew literally works 24/7 so all we heard at night was the construction noise. Not the fault of the hotel but being so close to all the hotels in the area, you would think the city would shut down from 10pm-6am just so guests could sleep. There were nights our bed was shaking because they were using a pile driver. Our kids had a rough time sleeping.
