  I want to say thank you to the holiday inn staff for making us feel so welcome and very helpful. The staff is absolutely friendly. The rooms are very nice and very spacey. Also I would say very clean! Great job Holiday inn housekeepers! The breakfast was absolutely amazing everything was hot. The cinnamon rolls were amazing. The location of the hotel is in a great location. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I am back in Minnesota! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

  We enjoyed our stay here tremendously! The breakfast was on point everyday and had a lot of options! The staff was accommodating to the fullest and super friendly! The beds are soft and bug-less! The pool was warm tho quite small in size and only 6ft deep . No hot tub. The only problem we had was our key card not working. Had to swap um about half a dozen times.

  The noise level from the highway in my room was unbearable, I could not sleep on both the nights I was there. This was on the 6th floor and in a room facing the highway. I am not sure if it was different at other levels and in other rooms. But the breakfast area did not have this problem - there was no perceptible highway noise there. Therefore, makes me think that this was specific to my room or level or location, and may not be same on other floors/areas. I have stayed in hotels that are closer to the highway and they did not have this problem. Breakfast was good. Hotel is conveniently located. No issues in parking. Room was clean. Shower had good pressure. Although the site mentions that they have shuttle to Mall of America, the staff said that was not an option. Shuttle was available to the Airport, but we did not use it.

  Rooms are good size and clean but there was just a lot of water damage in the bathroom, the toilets take forever to flush and the shower heads are at chest level for my husband and son. There was an issue with breakfast one morning too but that ended up being fine. The gym was mid at best. Promised my son he would be able to run for track practice but both were out of order. The pool was nice and so was the staff.

  The staff was great and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was cold but still enjoyable. A lot of different options to choose from and very close to the things we wanted to do.. Target Field, MOA. :)
