I recently visited SEA LIFE and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The aquarium was clean, well organized, and full of incredible sea animals. My favorite part was walking through the ocean tunnel and seeing sharks and colorful fish swimming all around me — it was such an exciting and immersive experience. At the main desk, this guy named Simon or someone helped me buy my ticket, and he was extremely friendly and professional. He made the process quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and made me feel welcomed right away. He had a positive attitude and great customer service skills. All of the workers treated me very well. Everyone was polite, respectful, and helpful throughout my visit. You can really tell the staff care about their guests and want everyone to have a great time. Overall, it was a fun and memorable visit, and I would definitely recommend SEA LIFE to anyone looking for a great and enjoyable experience!

For the space it had, I think it was a cute aquarium. A little pricey though considering its size. I think its definitely a cute option if you happen to be at the Mall of America with your kids or something but not much there for adults. That said the animals looked healthy and the staff were very kind and knowledgeable.

It's nice to see all the different reptiles and fish at your own pace! Unfortunately I made the mistake to go on Sunday where it was a lot busier and it was hard to move around the aquarium and enjoy it.

This place is amazing!!! SO many beautiful fish, some I've never even heard of let alone seen in real life! There were several sharks and Atleast 3 HUGE turtles. There's also fun ways for people to get super close to the marine life and alligators. I used to come here as a child for GIRL Scouts and sleep underwent the sharks. I hadnt been here in decades but I will be coming back more often. If you love the ocean or lake this is the place for you!

I thought it was cool, considering the proceeds actually go to help, save animals unlike the state and it's scandals. They have this cool tunnel you can walk through and see sharks and sea life, "pun" intended. The place in the mall is cool, but you gotta pay for it, but for the money it's decent. You get to pet sea anemones, and get a bottom view like at the MN zoo tanks. Good distraction if you have kids.
