  We stayed one night before heading home from Minnesota, chosen with the purpose of being close to the Airport and Mall Of America. Sue who checked us in was a delight. Such a warm and friendly welcome, arranging both our pick up and drop off to the airport. Our room was spotless and so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of options constantly being topped up, again with super friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We would definitely choose this property again when visiting family in MN.

  I forgot my IPad, it was found in my room and saved for me at the desk. Rhonda had it for me at the desk when I went to pick it up. Thank you for saving it for me.

  I really enjoyed my stay. I did have a couple of issues during my 2 week stay but the hotel staff were amazing and worked quickly to resolve them. The hotel has a desk staff member named Rhoda who is absolutely phenomenal. She is the most friendly and helpful hotel staff member I have met in my 40+ years of traveling. I hope you have the pleasure of meeting her.

  We recently took a girls trip to the MOA and stayed here. Everything was great. The room was spacious and the customer service from the front desk to the shuttle drivers were outstanding. The hotel is right across the street from the mall and is walkable. For cold weather, there is a sky bridge/indoor tunnel that allows you to walk across the street to the mall. There are also multiple restaurants within close proximity/walking distance to the hotel. Sue at the front desk was accommodating and friendly to our group! Would definitely stay here again!

  This was our fourth trip to Minneapolis to visit the Mall of America, but our first time staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton at this location, and it won’t be our last! Although we didn’t get the exact room we had originally booked, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Elissa was wonderful from the very beginning. She was kind and helpful every time I called before our arrival, and meeting her in person only confirmed how genuine she is, truly a beautiful person inside and out. At check-in, Prentice greeted us with kindness, respect, and professionalism, setting the tone for a great stay. Breakfast was a highlight; 10/10! Served daily from 6 a.m. to 9 or 9:30 a.m., it was fresh and delicious. Li in the dining area was fantastic all weekend, and I have to give a special shout-out for those breakfast potatoes…so good! Hillary, the general manager, was also very welcoming and clearly takes pride in keeping the dining area and hotel running smoothly. The chicken carnitas were on point! The property itself was spotless, and you can’t beat the location, literally right across the street from the Mall of America. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable (I seriously need to know where those pillows are from!). Finally, Rhoda made our checkout just as pleasant as our arrival. She was helpful, kind, and left us with a smile. Overall, the entire team was amazing…warm, professional, and genuinely caring. We had such a positive experience and can’t wait to return on our next trip! Enjoyed watching the classic "Home Alone" movie.
