  I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels near the Mall of America, but the Homewood Suites by Hilton stands out for all the right reasons. From the moment I walked in, the staff set the tone — warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel comfortable. My suite was spotless and surprisingly roomy, with everything I needed to unwind. The breakfast spread was excellent (definitely not your typical “grab a muffin and go” deal), and the midweek evening social was a pleasant surprise — good food, friendly conversation, and even a few cocktails to top it off. If you’re planning a trip to the Mall of America, visiting St. Paul, or coming in for a Vikings game, this hotel checks every box. It’s clean, convenient, and feels like a home base you actually look forward to returning to.

  I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton near the Mall of America and it was fantastic. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Breakfast each morning is a real treat with plenty of great options, and the Wednesday night social is a nice bonus with dinner and cocktails. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax after a long day of shopping or sightseeing. Whether you’re visiting the Mall of America, heading to the State Capitol, or catching a football game, this hotel is an easy recommendation. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

  Excellent Staff, Clean Rooms, and Exciting Renovations Ahead I had a very positive stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The manager was especially wonderful to deal with, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were well laid out and very clean, with plenty of amenities that make it comfortable for longer-term stays. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. Breakfast was very good and thoughtfully prepared, offering a nice variety to start the day right. While the carpet in the hallways could use some updating, I was informed that renovations are planned soon. The current layout is already quite functional, but with the upcoming improvements, it’s going to be even better. Overall, a very positive stay with great service and exciting improvements on the horizon!

  The entire staff is amazing!!!! Super professional, super friendly, and they made every effort to get me back to the airport on short notice!!! I wish I had cash on me to tip the super awesome shuttle driver! The front desk lady was outstanding!!! The breakfast attendant was very polite and the breakfast itself was a true delight! The Premium King room was very nice, quiet, and comfy, along with the much appreciated complimentary snacks & beverages. The only critique I have with that particular room is the horrible view!!! Oh and the couch could definitely use accent pillows. Food options are in walking distance as well as the main attraction…the MOA. Overall a great experience and I will definitely stay here again!!!
