Whoever hired Ashley at the front desk hit the powerball and jackpot of employees! I frequently stay at this hotel when I’m in town for work, and she has been consistently kind, friendly, helpful, in a good mood, and accommodating. …and that’s just when you walk in the front door! The rest of the hotel is inviting, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Out of all the places I stay when I travel, this is one of my favorites. Thank you Ashley and the rest of the staff for truly making your hotel my home away from home.

TV stations are lacking normal interest. Entry-level is in a public parking lot with no portion for entry in the event of wet weather

It doesn't get a 5 based on a few things, no handicap buttons to push to open the doors for you to come inside the building, I have health issues and needed assistance, one being help with the doors and my cart but there were no handicap buttons for the doors, I parked on the west side closest to the doors in the handicap section, this may not be an issue for people who can open doors ok and have someone with them to help but I did not, the doors are heavy, this needs to be fixed, that was rough for me, the carts had a mind of there own as well, maybe that's to be expected, it was a challenge, 2nd...was the unstable room temp, the thermostats here in the rooms with the wall units don't seem to work or match up, I tried everything and even had staff come up, the air was kicking on when it was below freezing out, it was either too hot or too cold, I had to turn it all off at one point, ac ended up kicking on at some point regardless, I didn't sleep well due the temperature issue in the room, sounds like other customers have had similar issues, I went to call front desk to ask a question about it and something else and the phone didn't work, I had to call them with my cell phone, they came up to try and help with thermostat, I was told they could switch me to another room but due to having chronic health issues and being alone without help, it would have been too much on me so I dealt with the room, I didn't figure it would keep me up unfortunately, she got the phone fixed, it wasn't plugged in and something else was going on with it, if I had had more time, I would have wanted to try the hot tub for pain issues but they don't have one or any tubs in the rooms, other than all this, it was quiet for the most part but housekeeping was off and I arrived late and it was on a holiday so not many people were around initially, I found other people's hairs on my sheets when I went to pull back the bedding, found about 4 and decided I didn't want to attempt to look anymore, it was grossing me out, other than those things, I think it was ok, it had what I needed for the most part, a fridge and a kitchen and quiet, it was a short stay, wish it was cheaper, unfortunately I had to pay for 2 nights vs one because I can't do an early checkout with my health issues so I came in late and had to leave late the following night, I was told that they do allow for people to pay for later check outs but there wasn't any management on staff to ask. I also brought my own burner to use in case due to needing one for my health stuff, glad I did because there wasn't one in the room, not sure if that's something you have to ask for but I figured it would be included in the kitchen. I had a nice view on the west side of the building, didn't know there was a pond there til daylight hrs. The room didn't stink which is always a plus, the stay was ok for the short time I was there though im not sure I could have dealt with the room temp issue much longer, that was prolly the worst part.
