Mold is unhygienic and a serious health concern, especially for children, who are more vulnerable to respiratory and allergy-related issues. Even if the rest of the room looked tidy, mold indicates underlying moisture problems and compromises the safety of the environment. Because we were traveling with kids, we did not feel comfortable staying in a room with conditions that could negatively impact their health. Given that a clean and healthy room is a basic expectation, this experience did not meet acceptable standards.

I drove 8.5 hrs from Canada about a month ago for a concert in the area, Nov 21, 2025. My teenage son wanted to hit MOA so I booked here as it was close. Katie (sorry if spelling is wrong?) checked us in upon arrival & couldn't have been nicer.She explained how the shuttle app worked & had our key in hand in mere minutes. Rooms are clean, hotel is clean, area is quiet (even with a fairly busy highway next to hotel, not disruptive at all), beds, pillows, everything was near perfect. And our shuttle driver that evening (im embarrassed to say ive forgotten his name), was one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Very personable & professional. Whenever I travel back to the Twin Cities, it wont even be a debate as to where I stay. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Not thrilled to have ro find separate parking plus extra charge which was not disclosed in advance so I had to scramble to solve hence the 3 star ratimg. The shuttle and driver, Gary, were great and service was prompt and direct to my car, which was very much appreciated given wintrer temps and kids in tow.
- NLNancy LelandDec 30, 20254.0Being treated with two friendly faces, who were comfortable engaging, brought together a good start for great expectations. Parking was readily available and although the snow was everywhere, the overhead cover at the entrance was greatly appreciated. Being elderly, the walkway from parking was safe enough. Our room was on the 5th floor and it had a very pleasant atmosphere. A blend of comfort and clean wrapped up in neat. Best of all our bed was very comfortable, which is very important to us as we are light sleepers. No noise, no interruptions, all fixtures working and a thoughtful and reasonable, comfortable temperature was set prior to our arrival. We were able to relax and rest. Also the shuttle from the airport and also to the Mall of America, along with the free delicious breakfast was a huge plus for us.

I had a great stay and a very convenient time with the shuttle to the airport and Mall of America. Mr. Gary Lee was fantastic and was super helpful getting us to the airport in plenty of time to return. Highly recommend this place to stay if you are going to a football game, the Mall of America, or anything Minneapolis!
