Management clearly cares about the guest experience, and the staff truly made the stay outstanding—friendly, helpful, and welcoming at every interaction. The location is perfect: close enough to city life for convenience, but with the safety and calm of the suburbs. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are always friendly and polite, and help out with anything we need. The rooms are usually very clean (we did find a chocolate candy left behind by a previous guest once), and the entire hotel is always very presentable. There's always a great selection at breakfast, but if the food there doesn't catch your interest, there are some restaurant spots very close by. The location itself is great, too, because you can either drive or Uber/Lyft to just about any spot within a few minutes.

He helped me get a comfortable and quiet room, set me up with the shuttle, and smoothed out some questions I had with my reservation. I will be recommending this hotel to the people I know.

Customer service was not good, unless you appreciate those kids in school who wouldn’t even look out the window without the teacher’s approval. Do yourself a favor and rent an adult hotel room
- LLLexDec 16, 20255.0I haven’t even been here for half of my stay and I am amazed and so grateful for the team that works here! The rooms, they’re super clean and roomy! The breakfast is so delicious, was not expecting such a large spread with so many different options! The best part is really the team working here, the front desk agents made me feel welcomed and with some requests (I’m fairly difficult due to accommodations, least I know it) they made me feel like I wasn’t even asking for anything out of the ordinary and not only fulfilling my requests they made me feel like a valued guest! Housekeeping is extremely friendly and l commend them for their hard work because this is the cleanest hotel I’ve been at… I think ever. I’m so excited! And I’m not even halfway though my stay however I have to review the amazing experience thus far. Thank you Holiday Inn Express W Bloomington, keep up the great work. I’m spreading the word, I highly recommend staying here!
