The staff (especially Lavette since I have worked with her the most on my multiple stats over the last year) goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and “at home”. The location is nestled back in an area close to a beautiful park and is close to major highways to get to where you want to go quickly. I will be back. Thanks again:) Warm regards, Steve
- ADAndrew DNov 8, 20253.0I love this hotel. I actually stay here often. I visit Bloomington to visit family several times a year. I always stay here. Last time, I had several cold showers. It’s a bummer because it’s cold out and I felt like I could never get warm. I told the front desk and they didn’t do anything. When I told them, I was in my way out and they were helping someone else. I told them again as I was checking out and they said they would look into it. I’ll be back in December and I will have to rethink where I stay. If it was just one cold showers, hey it happens. I was there for two days and all three were cold. Pretty bummed out.

I would like to give a shout out to whom it may concern in regard to how cozy & clean the room was. Walking in, It is extremely inviting, the floors are clean, & the furniture is comfortable.
