- TTTrisha ThomasJan 6, 20264.0This location of Holiday Inn is in a very busy area. The noise level can be alot as I heard cars revving their engines past, ambulances and police sirens. It is fairly close to the Mall of America, which provides for a good amount of things to do during the daytime. When walking in the lobby was clean and taken care of. The front desk staff were friendly, and helped me check in pretty quickly. The elevator was quite sketchy and outdated. While going up the floors to the room they placed us in it felt like it was jerking all the way to each floor. I haven't felt uneasy in many elevators but this was one of them. The room itself wasn't too bad. It was a bit outdated but served the purpose we needed as we wanted to stay near the airport to pick my children up. The king size bed was not very comfortable, unlike other Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed in previously. We had to get up early, so breakfast is not served until 7am on the weekend so we did not get a chance to eat there.

- ADAndrew DDec 30, 20251.0What a bummer about this place. I’ve been staying here for years. Been loyal to this hotel. I always stayed here when I was in town to visit family or for work. I book my sales guys here. Last time I stayed there, the hot water was out for two days. They said come back and we will take care of you. I found myself in Minneapolis and decided to give this place another shot. Like I said, I actually really loved this hotel. We got to the hotel early and my fiancé needed the room so she could work. The bald manager guy made me pay an extra $40 to get in the room a few hours early. There is your loyalty. I told him how you guys said to talk to a manager next time I came in and you guys would help me out. His response “I never told you that.” I will not be back and my company will no longer be using this hotel for our sales guys. There are a ton of hotels in the area. Hope the $40 was worth it.
