Great hotel if you want to literally bake during the winter. Temperature in room cant be regulated off the heat setting. Be prepared to sweat to death (if you're into that type of thing, you are squared away). The only thing the hotel can offer is the 1970s style box fan which is louder than a Ford diesel. Do you want to know the totally ridiculous solution i came up with? Ill feed you baby-bird. Go down to the market in the lobby because there are no ice machines on any of the floors (you're welcome for that tidbit of information) and grab a few bags of ice. Take them back to your room and dump them in your laundry bag from the closet. Put the new ice bag in your trash can and place it behind your 70s box fan and you can create your own ghetto swamp cooler in your $180/night hotel room. Bring your own ear plugs because the fan will be super loud and I don't know how to fix that. Will. Not. Return. Ever. And Hilton, please dont insult me with the standard canned response to this review. Customer service won't do anything..... Experiences like this make a Diamond member want to go to Marriott....

The hotel would benefit from training staff better. It took 20 minutes and multiple calls and trips downstairs just to borrow a wine bottle opener which front desk said the hotel didn’t have. Mission impossible. I did appreciate the receptionist who offered to give us late checkout in the case our flight was delayed due to an incoming snow storm.

The location of the hotel was great as I had gotten in from a flight that evening and was super close to the airport. The front desk person was also super friendly and helpful during the stay. However; when I booked the hotel I was under the assumption that there would be shuttle service from the airport. That was not the case— they stop running the shuttle at 10:30, which is fine, I just think it should be made more clear that that is the case when booking. Regardless, I checked into the hotel late at night. The room I got was clearly not cleaned properly prior to our stay. There were nail clippings on the floor, hair on the shower head and walls, and it was abundantly clear the room hadn’t been vacuumed. On top of that, they charged me for a bottle of water that I never used, which has taken over a week for someone to finally respond to me to get a refund for just the water charge. Incredibly disappointed as I’ve never had issues with any other Hilton stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Pros: - Actual beds are soft and comfortable - Close to the airport - I liked the ease of checkout for the shop items - Nice and polite staff during our stay - Easy check in using app Cons: - Since most folks stay at this hotel for closeness to airport. It would make sense for them to accommodate earlier flights. Currently the shuttle service starts at 4.30am, which means getting to airport for 5am departure flights is not possible except with a taxi service. - Hotel has considerable wear and tear in the rooms. Even with an upgrade to a pure wellness room, sofas are worn out, not expandable to a bed or otherwise. Wear and tear seen throughout the rooms - Complete contactless checkout was not possible. Had to stop by desk Overall, wanted more from this hotel than it provided, but would totally consider a future better stay of some more improvements as per the above was done. Thanks

We stayed here when our connecting flight with delta was missed due to the flight before being delayed. We had an exhausting day as one could imagine after running nearly 11 hours over 2 different airports and ending being stuck in an area where you know no one.... we stopped at a gas station on our way to the airport and picked up a couple cheeseburgers so I went to the restaurant and asked for 2 big sides of pickles which I was charged $3 for which was silly but whatever....I tipped $1 so my final total was $4.27 but was shocked when the waiter brought it to me....I got 7 pickles lol....I love pickles and having 2 cheeseburgers it would be nice to have at least 4 pickles for each burger so I asked if he could throw a couple more in which he responded he would have to charge me another $3.... what a joke... then no one advised us that we couldn't use the air conditioner as they are only providing heat at the moment which is huge for most people who like to sleep cold.... we actually found out by the people a couple rooms down, they had their door wide open and as we walked by they advised us not to use the air conditioner as it will only put out heat... this is crazy especially since no one disclosed this when we checked in... also none of the outlets on the night stand lamps worked....Hilton usually has higher standards so not sure if upper management has visited lately but hoping not....this is definitely a lower end Hilton.
