Great stay for an early flight. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have a good restaurant/bar on sight. Would stay again.

Very disappointing one-night stay at the Hilton Minneapolis Airport.
I stayed in Room 902, which was uncomfortably hot and had no functioning thermostat to regulate the temperature. At 10:00 PM, I contacted the front desk for assistance and was informed that the only available solution was to provide a fan, which I accepted. When I inquired about changing rooms, I was told the heat had recently been turned on throughout the hotel and there was no way to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, the fan provided did little to cool the room, and I had a very short night with almost no sleep before departing at 4:00 AM.
This experience raises concerns about how the property is maintained. I do not plan to return.

How many hotels (in a non-resort location) offer a full bar and restaurant these days? I can tell you, very few, but this one does and drinks were great and the food excellent. Close to the MSP airport and shopping. I only stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are a little thin. Other than that, I will stay here again on my next business trip to the area.

I had to book this hotel last minute due to flight cancellations and chose it expecting Hilton’s usual standard of cleanliness and service. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Upon check-in, we dropped off our bags and went straight to dinner. When we returned, I noticed that one of the glasses in the room was visibly dirty — it appeared to have been used, with clear signs of food residue. I called the front desk, but rather than receiving an apology, I was simply told that a replacement would be sent. After waiting over 15 minutes with no response, I called again, only to be met with rudeness and an unhelpful attitude from the staff.
When a staff member finally arrived with clean glasses, I showed him the dirty ones as well as the hairs I had found on the bed. The overall lack of cleanliness and poor customer service were very disappointing, especially from a Hilton property.

I got into my room and turned on the ac put it down to 60 to cool it off. 3 hours later and it hadn’t cooled off so I decided to look into it opened up the air filter area for the ac/heat and the air filter was disgusting I don’t know how air even got through the filter. I called the front desk asked for someone to come to my room they did and all they did was move me across the hall I looked at the air filter in this room and it was worse. Most hotels change air filter about every 2 to 3 months depending on how often rooms are used well the date on the air filters were 4/19/25 it is 10/27/25 over 6 months without changing… I’m still currently here for the night because I have work in the area in the morning . Definitely will not be coming back or recommend to anyone.
