    This is my second time staying here. Staff was great, room was great, even got housekeeping while we were gone at the mall. Only issue I had was finding out that the hot tub was removed since last time here. Booked the hotel on Expedia because it said there was a hot tub, but there wasn’t. Other than that all was well. Just bummed there was no hot tub.

    Rebecca at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, kind, and so professional. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all of our questions with patience, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable.     They just lost my business. No supper last night... no kitchen...no warning!! No coffee this morning before I catch a shuttle to airport. 5:30 is not to early to put out coffee!! Very sad, we use Hilton all the time. Guess I'm sticking with Hampton Inn.

    The hotel is in a great location, and the front desk staff were very helpful during check-in. The room was clean, modern, and nicely updated, with an extremely comfortable bed. Sue, the bartender downstairs, was exceptionally friendly and offered a wide variety of cocktails, which made for a great experience. Overall, everything exceeded expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

    There are two Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis on 494 in Bloomington. We went to the one closest to the airport because that's the one we stayed at before not realizing there are two with the same name. It was late pm and we drove 10 miles in construction zone after passing the first one. Need to identify which one you are.
