Our second floor room had ants, staff said they would spray for them. They did spray one counter top and left the dead ants behind. The next morning the other counter was full of ants. The staff didn't seem to care and the manager on-site didn't bother to speak to us about the issue. Unbelievably disappointed.

I recently stayed with my family. There was a series of things that completely ruined our experience, and we've decided on never staying in their hotel again!
For starters they attempted to remove us from a room that was paid for. They gave another guest keys to our room, who would end up entering room and seeing my fiance half nude. They would enter our room without our knowledge or consent. They would take pictures of room and my children. Even worse they attempted to get my son to leave the room unbeknownst to us. Then the next day they would call the police on my family in the evening for an alleged "walefare check" without any reasonable suspicion. There's more too it.
I recieved an email from management concerning my experience, and asking what my fiancé and I were seeking. For starters we want answers of why their worker tried to get our child to leave the room with her. Why she gave a key to other people, while actively trying to kick us out of the room?
Why and what pictures she took of our children and property?
Why did she call police more than 24 hours after there was an alleged issue.
Ive been offered free night stays. Thats no where near good enough!!
I will be contacting DOJ ACLU, and making police report.
The only good thing about it. The AGM did her best to be understanding. There was unfortunately too much done to us already.

I've been coming to this hotel nearly every time I'm in Minneapolis for over 10 years. This hotel has felt like a warm welcome home hug every time I've come, until today when I found out the hot tub was removed. While the service was still spectacular during my stay & the rooms still as comfortable as ever, I was disappointed to see yet another hotel find that the maintenance fees for the hot tub was no longer worth the upkeep. I understand this came from a corporate level, but it put a damper on my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something inexpensive & comfortable. Though if you're looking for a hot tub as I often do, it's time to find a new hotel.
