    Brian the bartender is absolutely fantastic, hence a single star. If it weren't for him, this would be a zero-star review. Brian is curating a great little selection of bourbons and scotches. Go have a drink and a chat - you can thank me later. Angie took great care of me at the bar as well. The balance of the staff that I've interacted with at this location deserves negative stars. I'm a business traveler and hold top-tier status with the Hilton brand. I'm averaging 50+ nights a year at their properties and have to say this one SUCKS! Maybe you want to come in for a drink and to see Brian but then run like hell - don't stay here! Staff is surly and rude. Management talks over you when you try to bring it to their attention. They also seem to disregard the provisions of the corporate loyalty program at will. Forget these fools - I'll stay elsewhere on my next trip to the area.

    Shuttle to and from airport and mall of America was convenient. Restaurant was delicious, highly recommend the chicken sandwich for dinner. Good location and clean hotel. Stayed on the 5th floor and it was quite noisy, not sure if it was the ice machine on the floor above or what but it was quite disruptive. Front desk told us breakfast was from 6-10, next morning breakfast ended at 9 so that was frustrating, I do wish the staff communicated better so we didn’t waste our money on a breakfast voucher that they could not refund.

    We are currently staying here for a few days, and have stayed here for three trips in a row. Great location. However the service has seriously deteriorated and it will be our last time staying here. We are diamond members, which does include (or supposed to) include a few perks. Which it did. However the service has been terrible. We have adjoining rooms and the one toilet plugs every time it's used. Takes forever to get through to the front desk, and then hours to get a plunger. Two days in a row. When the front desk was finally reached, we were met with cranky workers. The breakfast buffet has been "closed" which is not convenient as this is a staple of Hilton garden inns. Unfortunately very disappointed and will not make a return trip here and certainly do not recommend it here anymore.
