    Great hotel. Only thing I don't like is you now have to pay for parking, and it's through a separate app not the hotel

    This hotel is terrible I remember I booked here once and they took my deposit, it tooked me 3 months for it to come back. Had to call my bank multiple times and the hotel for over 3 months! It could of been ages. Welp here we go again another 3 or for God knows how long well it take for the deposit to come back. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who is gonna book. They steal deposit money and well never give it back your gonna have to go through hell to get your money back like I did.

    Disgusting. I stayed on 2 different floors on 2 different nights because they refused to help us with a booking error days before we arrived. The hallways in both levels smelled terrible and there were always dirty dishes piled on the floor by the elevators. Our bedsheets / blankets had stains, holes, and frays. We arrived late the first night and the hostess was playing virtual slots on her phone at max volume.

    This is a very convenient location. It's close to The Mall of America and is directly across from the Zawadi Center. The rooms are nice and comfortable.

    Their toilet broke in the middle of the night, and the phone didn't work. I shut off the water and put down towels to minimize water damage and told Petra as I had to leave to catch a plane after I used their public bathroom. She offered me a room as I was leaving and said she'd let the management know. It's been a week, and there's still NO communication from Hilton. I contacted Hotel Tonight, where I booked the reservation, and they were told Hilton handled it. I had several attempts back to Hotel tonight to tell them they hadn't contacted me or fixed it. They said Hilton gave me another room option, I was leaving as I had to catch a plane... no help. They said I 'INTENTIONALLY ' caused it. If I had, would I have turned the water off and put towels down to help soak up the water???? Then they said they were kind enough to return my $40 incidentals deposit, which I had NO incidentals!!! I spent extra for a NICE one night stay, and I thought Hilton still had a good reputation. I should have taken the other reviews to heart. Im also very disappointed at Hotel Tonight as the first response is quick, yet to get any other response is very difficult. Also, they dont stand up and support you as a customer! I am very disappointed in his ending of visiting my grandchildren. Please be advised I will update that Hotel Tonight took care of it, Thank you! Yet Hilton manager never called me back or emailed anything in regards to this stay. So sad to know this is how Hilton values their customers.
