Had a very disappointing experience here. We booked this hotel specifically for a short 7-hour stay to sleep between flights. We ended up waiting over an hour at the airport for the shuttle. Every time we called reception, they gave us the run-around, saying it was 'almost there' or 'arriving in a minute.' They essentially stole an hour of our sleep, and nobody at the front desk even apologized for the delay.
