Rooms were so clean, and always had warm water. Breakfast was delicious and has something for everyone. The only thing that needs improvement is the pool. It is very clean but the water was burning our eyes and kids were coughing from ingesting it by accident. Even me sitting out of pool had teary eyes from the water evaporating. Not sure what is in the water but I think it is too much of something.

This hotel was great! We came to Minnesota for the State Fair and Mall of America. We got in late at night and the front desk staff member was nice and had great customer service skills. The staff we interacted with was minimal but was nice and kind anytime we did speak to anyone. 10/10 on staff experience for us. The room was nice and clean. AC worked wonders and the smart TV that included popular streaming services you can log into and automatically sign you out after you check out was refreshing compared to the basic channels you get when traveling. Only real complaint was the bed was hard as a rock. Our backs, hips and shoulders were stiff and we struggled to sleep comfortably on the 3rd night. The shower was nice and hot and the towels weren't super scratchy but not too soft to actually dry your skin. Ice machine near the elevator. They dont have a vending machine but have one of those small snack shop areas by the front desk that most modern hotels are doing now to get rid od the vending machines. Couldnt remember what the price of the items were but it was nice you could charge the items to your room when we wanted a pop and candy bars. 8/10 on the room/convince options for us. We ate breakfast the first morning, which as far as free hotel breakfast was, it was not bad. They had the basic hotel breakfast options of toast, muffins, plain bagels, cereal etc. They had waffle makers and hot options of country potatoes and bacon strips and egg and bacon bagel toppers. But it was busy so some items were out and the counters and floors were messy. There was one employee trying to keep things refilled as quick as he could but lots of younger guests making the area noisy and unkempt. It was OK for being free, but we tried breakfast elsewhere the next 2 days of our stay. 6.8/10 for the breakfast for us. The pool area was nice a little small but it was nice that the hot tub and pool were both working and clean. Again we stayed during a busy weekend so there were lots of unattended children in the hot tub and pool. There must have bee alot of chlorine in the air because our eyes started burning but we got used to it after a few minutes. The hot tub was nice and hot and the jets worked great, so the pool area was 8.5/10 for us The price also wasn't terrible for a big city area. Lots of places to shop, eat and get gas within 15-20 minutes of the location. This is a great hotel and we wpuld stay here again if we come back to Minnesota!
