We have had zero experience with head lice ever but after staying here 12/26-28/2025 my family has head lice. If u choose to risk getting head lice n stay here ask the front desk for a box fan to drown out the noise of a plane flying over you every 15 minutes or the public transportation train blowing its horn. Good breakfast.

Plus there are hidden taxes. I would not reccemend this place. Calling customer service to ask questions ? Yes it is a human. But lacks compassion, respect and empathy. Not staying here again.

The lame snacks they had for the evening reception. Other Embassy Suites we have stayed at in the past year had a much better "spread" for snack options. The pop machine was out of ice making for cool (not cold) pop. The ugly- One of the guests has a cat. Observed the cat in the planters, one time digging like it was in a litter box. Then the owner allowed the cat to wander on top of the tables where people eat. Gross! I thought the hotel policy was that pets could not be the reception area.

Shuttle pickup from airport was a bad experience with having to wait 1.5hrs for pickup and breakfast chief on the morning of 1/26/25 was rude as I asked for my omelet to be removed as I like it lightly cooked he responded “Their are other people on line” I know there is a better way to handle that situation. With that said the hotel is great and I would stay there again!!
