Love the restaurant, evening reception and yummy morning breakfast. If you love planes, the view of take offs and landing is the best! I’ve stayed here multiple times and will come back again!

Mya and Abi at the front desk were helpful and kind, and helped with all of my concerns The entire staff is pleasant and industrious, impressively so. Housekeeping were great and the breakfast was good. Some people I was with complained the rooms were too hot. Mine was fine, but couldn't adjust the AC or open the "Balcony" door more than a couple inches. Insurance thing I assume, but disappointing to not have more control of the air. Other than that, great stay and I look forward to my next stay

The room was spacious, clean, and way more upscale than I expected. The layout gave me plenty of room to unwind, and the views from the 9th floor were impressive — way better than I anticipated. I was so satisfied that I booked another reservation for three weeks later before I even checked out. I didn’t know the executive rooms were this nice, but upgrading the same day ended up being the best decision for my trip. Highly recommend the executive level if you want extra comfort, space, and a more premium experience.
- WOWill OBrienNov 16, 20251.0After being a Hilton honors member for 23 years, tonight is my last stay in a Hilton. Service has gone down across Hiltons in the last years, as I travel quite a bit. This Embassy Suites is a perfect example of the declining service. As I checked in, they mentioned nothing about being a Hilton honors member or the benefits. Tonight I call for room service and I was told they stopped taking orders early even though the room service menu says that they are open later. The supervisor on shift was short with me, cold about this issue and told me she has no control over room service. I asked for the general manager to reach out to me in the morning and she cut me off before I could finish. I have stayed loyal to Hilton all of these years because of their service. That is no longer a reason.

While we occasionally visit the mall at least once or more , we have made it a habit to stay here annually. Although the beds could be slightly more comfortable, the overall experience, encompassing both the service and the decor, is consistently of the highest quality.
