- RKRachael KosalFeb 24, 20261.0Terrible service! We travel for work to Hilton hotels several times throughout the year and this has been an awful experience. We haven't even made it to our room yet. We travel on a work virtual card. They refused to let us use it for parking and incidentals even though we do this multiple times at Hilton hotels. We even had our travel company try reaching out. Instead of trying to be helpful the male manager was snarky and rude! They could have suggested the digital key option where you input your card of choice, but no. Just rude!

The staff is very helpful; I did enjoy my time with the interactions I’ve had with one of the staff members Jose either by the bar for happy hour or restaurant. José was exceptional — professional, friendly, and very attentive. He made delicious drinks with care and always had a warm smile. Amenities were nice, like self service snack area, casual weight room for after hours use. Additionally the hotel has a large seating capacity restaurant. Staff was attentive to guests needs and friendly. Shuttles were on time and frequent w/ polite drivers and did not mind assisting w/ doors and carrying luggage.
