I am so disappointed in my stay here. We were informed we could check in early, however when we arrived, they stated there was no room for us and it would be a few minutes. We waited over an hour in a frigid lobby, had to ask again and they said they could check us in- totally forgot about us. Outlets in room pulled out of wall. Whole building under construction, didn’t tell us ahead of time. The shower was burning hot, gave us 3 towels for 4 people, no soap. When we got more towels, toilet paper and soap, housekeeping came and took all of it out and replaced it with the original 3 towels and one single roll of toilet paper. Ice machine out of 5th floor, only working machine is on the third floor, however, when we came back from shopping, the ice machine was totally gone. No ice machine in the entire building. Toliet flushes slow and almost overflows. Sink leaks. Was told there was a shuttle, no shuttle but they offer a cab for $20 plus tip. We had to uber. Told there was a game room, no game room. Ordered a drink at the bar with rail vodka and ginger beer and it was $18. The bartender was extremely rude, told us the “free stuff” is over there and basically kicked us out. No towels in pool. Mold in bathroom. I am so disappointed and will never come back.

Honestly, after having bad experiences at other hotels, this one exceeded all my expectations. It's a very family-friendly hotel. It has an amazing seating area where you can spend quality time with your family. At Christmas, it was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the day in that area, and everyone was so friendly. Honestly, every time I go to Minneapolis, this will be my favorite hotel. Just one comment: the rooms are outdated, maybe from the 90s, and I think they really need a renovation.

Lacks customer service. Ask for assistance finding ingredients to the bread for breakfast due to a child with food allergy. Staff couldn't be bothered. Also shared with management who also didn't seem to try to find a solution to providing something that my child could eat. Apparently none of their food has labels and ingredients even though Hilton has articles about sourcing their own food so they can have ingredients for guests.

I have stayed at this location for years. It's been going downhill for years. This last visit this weekend was absolutely unacceptable and we will not be returning. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting in our room as well as the dead cockroach. Room 218 Davis Friday and Saturday December 12th & 13th
