Run down...being renovated currently (and needs it!!) Lots of little issues...but will be better soon, no doubt! (Feb '26) Friend left diamond ring in room at checkout...no one knew anything about it!!??!! Just disappeared, I guess.🙄. $12.00 parking fee/day...disappointing, too!

Place was fine...clean, good service etc. we however chose to pay more to stay here cuz of happy hour and the breakfast. The breakfast was quite good, lots of options. Happy hour however seemed like kinda sketchy. The bartender short poured everything which is fine and frankly expected. Mainly my problem was having only popcorn and tortilla chips for the food. I've stayed other embassy suites and had other MUCH better options for food during happy hour. Was it worth the extra money still, probably.

Functional and a nice hotel. Curtains had a several weird staining on them all along the front noticed right away… odd but everything else was good 👍 We stayed for a leisure visit, Traveled with pet; was easy to take dog outside easily accessed exits. Small elevators but they function properly so is just ok (as it was harder to navigate a full luggage cart with all guests in same place ) without having to be smushed together oddly! Neat view in glass elevator! Construction made this hotel a bear to get too unfortunately- plenty of parking that you need permit for! Was asked for vehicle info upon checkin. Friendly check in staff, Ladies at breakfast were very polite and friendly and speedy making omelets that were very tasty!! Clean n noise was not problem but probably should get updated looks soon 90’s decor still in our room visual wear n tear. ‘Zero’ bath n body products in bathroom was nice as in other Hiltons we have stayed! Exterior facades view out our hotel window: had visible paint or plaster chipping on face of building. We all in all enjoyed our stay, if you need the ‘best if the best’ n updated finishes n decor … then no -not your place but if you love Hilton n want a place to lay your head — it works with a bussin breakfast buffet!!

The couch in our room has stains all over the cushions. The room did not have pillows for our two kids to use the coach bed. When service came to our room, they tried to give us only one, then made us debate them for another. They told us they don’t have extra pillows and blankets for guests? This all feels like we paid to stay at a Super 8, not a Embassy Suites!

This property is a little dated, but lives up to the Embassy name. The location is frustrating to get to with the chronic traffic problems in Boomington, but the staff are friendly and everything is clean, if a little worn. The breakfast options are great as usual.
