Floors 1-5 are the actual hotel, and might be older rooms. While floors above the 5th floor are Air BnB. Leo at the front desk is great really appreciated his help and service. Breakfast made to order was good, and service at the restaurant was really great. Hotel and Restaurant area usually not busy, several lounge areas also throughout hotel. Pretty large pool as well.

- ASAriel SDec 9, 20253.0Freezing! Cold rooms, freezing halls and lobby. They must turn the heat super low for cutting costs. We turned the heat up in our room, but by morning it felt freezing again. Went downstairs for breakfast and I wished I brought my hat and scarf. Even with a sweater and wool pants, it was so cold. On the parking ramp, the path to the steps was shoveled, but not the path between the fence to the rest of the parking lot. The parking ramp steps left a very bad impression before we had even entered the building. So dirty and creepy. We didn't want to park lower because we wanted to avoid them. Getting to the lobby from parking felt like a maze. Photos in the hall were a nice touch, but you could tell the place needs updating. The hall color felt muddy and dark. There were scuff marks and peeling wallpaper in the room and halls. Bad water pressure in the shower. I was also expecting the soap dispensers on the wall that's becoming common in hotels these days, but there was only bar soap and the tiny bottles of shampoo/ conditioner on the sink. I really liked the TV lounge area on the second floor. The halls smelled nice too. No shuttles to the MoA, just to the airport. They said there was a bus or something, but weren't very clear about the instructions. Probably wouldn't stay here again, especially in the winter.

Brian checked my wife in and put her name in wrong. Later when she called the front desk Leo said she isn’t on the room, nor was I on the room. He said we had no status, hung up on my wife and hung up on me when I called. I tried to explain to him, and he wasn’t going to listen. I called IHG premier number and they tried to call him over and over and he refused to answer their call. Terrible service. I stayed there on the Saturday night before as well and Leo checked me in, offered no diamond points, drink or breakfast. Made no mention of my status.
