  Really unfortunate experience with this hotel. They were recommended to us by our venue The Wexford to use for hotel blocks for our wedding Oct. 18th and it turned into a mess. They state that they will give you free shuttle routes if you book 15 rooms but don’t mention that the shuttle only holds 13 people. So we had to spend extra money on a last minute shuttle service. They also argued with guests that arrived from out of town for our wedding on the room block rates and told multiple people that they had to pay for a 3rd nights stay even if they were only staying for 1-2 nights. Multiple guests also reported that the staff at this hotel was extremely rude.

  We had our wedding reception at the Crowne Plaza Bloomington, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we and our guests felt completely taken care of. They listened to everything we asked for, made adjustments wherever needed, and handled every detail with professionalism and care — all without ever making us feel stressed. We truly felt spoiled and like VIPs the entire weekend. Every request — from securing an additional room last minute for a photoshoot to giving us extra time to clean up — was accommodated so graciously. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue and staff! A huge thank-you to Sam, our amazing event manager, who genuinely cared about our day and made us feel like our wedding truly mattered. And special thanks to Lea and Tom, who were absolutely wonderful on the day of the event and made sure everything flowed seamlessly. Thank you, Crowne Plaza Bloomington, for making our wedding weekend so special and unforgettable! 💕

  Ive park at this hotel multiple times a year. Twice in the last 2 months. Ive never once had to call to get picked up from terminal 1. I called because ive been waiting for over 30 minutes and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude! I asked when did it change to having to call because 3 weeks ago when I picked up my car I didn't have to call. He started going off on me and then hung up the phone. Just extremely rude and unnecessary.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near MSP. Leo provided exceptional customer service from start to finish—professional, accommodating, and incredibly flexible.   The location is exceptionally convenient - Metro stop right outside makes it SO easy to get to Mall of America (3 stops), Terminal 2 of MSP (1 stop), Minnehaha Falls, or US Bank Stadium (about 15~25 minutes or so, depending on which). The hotel itself is comfortable enough with some issues - needs general touch ups in most places, and the elevators are dirty (really dirty) and are slow. I also had the strangest room configuration I've ever seen (big conference table in middle of room, sofa and chairs in front of the TV, school like clock on the wall, working old school princess phone on the wall, florescent lighting, full sized fridge, badly stained wet bar sink ~ I think this must have been an office at some point). The restaurant and bar is nice and has a good sports watching vibe. Jennifer, the front desk person who was also training in the restaurant was a delight - She really understands guest relations and herself is worthy of 5 stars.
