  The airport shuttle is a nightmare getting back to get our car. Waited over 30 minutes.

  Leo at the front desk was an absolute charm! He greeted us warmly and provided excellent customer service. They are lucky to have him!! We had a couple minor issues with the room, such as the fan not working, but overall it was a great stay. This property is clean, has a convenient location close to the airport with a shuttle and the ability to leave your vehicle. Would recommend!

  10 out of 10 would NOT recommend! Upon arriving to the hotel sometime around 1am on the 19th of February 2026 it took 3 attempts to be given a suitable hotel room to catch a few hours of sleep before traveling home. Never again would I pick this hotel! The 1st room had what looked to pieces of the ceiling all over the floor in the bathroom and little entrance hallway to the room. The lights were on & towels were all over the place. The 2nd room had a thermostat hanging off of the wall & a heating/cooling unit sitting on the floor in between the bed & window. In the 3rd room, there was dirt/crumbs on one bedspread & the other bed looked hastily made. I found that to be the case when pulling back the bedspread & seeing the sheets all bunched up. By this point I was about to fall asleep & brushed the crumbs away from the other bed.... well I guess I should've checked the bathroom first. The floor was & toilet were both dusty/dirty. I'm so glad I didn't take my socks off. Forget about using their wifi too! As soon as I was connected I had no service whatsoever! Beware if all you want to do is watch TV in your room because the remote is no good & the provided channel list is not right!

  We will never stay at this hotel again. The park n fly price we received over the phone before we booked our rooms was not the same price when we checked in. We ate in the restaurant and it was freezing in there and very understaffed. The hotel shuttle dropped us off at terminal 2 but upon arrival back into Minneapolis we were told they only pick up at terminal 1. That was communicated after 3 phone calls asking where the shuttle was. The recorded message for pickup states they do pickups and drop offs at both terminals but the rude guy who answered the hotel phone told me I hadn’t read the small print. Really? There were 7 of us at terminal 2 waiting for a pickup and you couldn’t come pick us up? We had to ride the tram and find our way to terminal 1 and then still had to wait for a shuttle. Very poorly communicated!!

  They fail to tell you they won't pick you up at MSP terminal 2. When called again to find out where the shuttle is , they were rude and hung up. Shuttle communication was terrible.
