Cleaning staff had to have noticed that and called maintenance. Missing molding/paint by elevator. They need a much better maintenance crew. They get an F for snow cleaning and salting. Outside doors was a skating rink!! Can’t afford and sand/salt. That would be a law suit waiting to happen

- DRDima RozanovDec 15, 20252.0Avoid this hotel, it might be 100$ less expensive than others but its the worst Best Western we ever stayed in. stayed for 5 night, the rooms wasn't cleaned even once, the towels/shampoo/soap were not replaced so we went and bought some from the closest target. There is actually zero supervision of who is entering the premises. we witnessed multiple random people entering the hotel, getting a coffee and leaving, not to mention people are sitting in their cars outside smoking weed. the smell of weed everywhere on the first, second floor and elevator. Breakfast: there is literally a sign saying that the breakfast is complementary and the guest should watch how much food they put on their plate. this means if you get up around 7am you will have a full breakfast but if you are in around 9... well you are out of luck, there will be barely anything left. quality of the food is lowest you can think of. Rooms.... well dont believe the website photos, the rooms are very outdated. so outdated that we had ice on the inside of a window and curtains froze to the glass. water pressure is not good, barely feel it. the drain is not draining, while bathing you actually standing in the water that reaches your ankles. the AC wall unit was loud and we didn't have a good sleep because of it. Location: not bad, 10 minutes drive from MOA, 15 from terminal 1 and 20 from Twin cities outlet mall. Bottom line: dont stay there if you have another choice.

We are vegetarians and decided to go with regular oatmeal. But there was no indication that the oats porridge had meat/pork (confirmed by the front desk guy). We accidentally had it considering it was regular oatmeal which was hugely disappointing. Very few options for vegetarians!
