  This is the absolute best hotel in the twin cities, hands down. The staff are very receptive and welcoming. I am not an easy person to accommodate and they hit the mark in every aspect. I feel safe here, they have a great hot breakfast and they make me feel welcome rather than an unwanted - asking for to much type of guest that many others have led me to believe I am and I think everyone on there team including the manager is exceptional. I am so appreciative that they will put up with me and I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Best Western team!

  I was extremely disappointed by the service here. The entire staff was consistently rude and lacked any sense of professionalism. Definitely not the experience I expected. The level of service at this hotel is unacceptable. I encountered unprofessional behavior from multiple staff members throughout my stay, making for a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

  Pot smoke everywhere! People are smoking pot in their cars, in the parking lot, and as you enter the hotel. This hotel states they are 100% smoke free. A back door was propped open around 7 pm with a plastic bucket. If you don’t mind that, the hotel has standard rooms, and a good breakfast. You get what you pay for, but I think having a safe environment and not smelling like smoke isn’t too much to ask for.

  I was pleasantly surprised with front desk, rooms, service....... UNTIL....... a tour bus parked RIGHT outside my window, proceeded to slam all the stow away doors on the sides ( 5 feet from my windows mind you ) then slammed doors across the hall for the next 45 min. I wake at 4am for work and this was certainly uncalled for and obnoxious, some common courtesy would be expected, you can quietly close the door, not let it slam every time you leave or enter. Started at 9pm, still going at 10. Smh Company bus was Barons Bus btw
