Was there for kids hockey tournament. Was not bad but it took 3 requests to get service for a bed change the first night.

Lobby and front end looked great and service was decent. Room itself was a bit stale and did not seem clean, poorly painted ceiling left it looking stained. Room set up was a bit cluttered looking. Fixtures in bathroom worked but had low pressure. All keyed outdoor entrances were out of order, so we had to walk all the way around to let our pet out in the designated pet area. We did not have the breakfast but it did smell good as we were leaving. Rm 203 was where we were put.

They are helping me now, when I have nothing to offer in return. Front desk staff very courteous and polite, and are much appreciated.

Loved the hotel. Highly used by families using the sports complex, so a lot of energy. We stay because of location but it is overly expensive.
