Staff is very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me. With premium paramount subscription, there's plenty of movies and TV shows to watch while relaxing in the room. Rooms are spacious and clean. Argan oil toiletries are a plus. Plenty of free parking. Great value for your money. Plus as a Best Western memder you earn points for every night you stay. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bemidji i'm will be returning here myself for any other stays..

- MEMegan EcksteinOct 19, 20251.0Horrible experience. We booked 2 rooms, we were there at 4:30pm and checkin is at 3. Neither room was ready. Came back around 6 and only one room was ready. Got the key and went to the room. It was occupied, went down to the front desk and they gave us another room. Which was fine only one was ready, we could have put everything in one room. But we walked in the 2nd room and there was other people's bags in it! Not once, but twice we were given a room with people in! And 3 hours past in checkin time and the rooms weren't even ready? Come on. We were going to a concert and had no time by the time we found somewhere else to even get ready. We drove 3 hours with 2 young kids just to have to go through all that. And the person from the hotel who called us about it tried to blame us that it was our fault we didn't stay there. I have never had such an awful experience with a hotel.
