- JMJeff Daiker MrJan 31, 20262.0Love the location but this place is for little kids. The water park is nice for the littles bit not for teen or adults. Pretty cramped in the water park. Staff were very dismissive and unhelpful when checking in. Had to ask detailed questions just to get clear answers. And answers were short and hurried. Rooms were clean and hotel is clean. Weird thing was they shut lights off in the breakfast at 9:23am when our whole family and another family were still eating. The juice machine was shut off at 9:28am. And we are not typically people that complain but in this day and age with high prices, a family needs customer service to be good and to feel appreciated for staying. Thank you

- JJJohnClark JarbiDec 29, 20251.0The manager or whoever it was was extremely rude and humiliating, I felt that I was being racially profiled by her. The man who works at the front desk overnights is absolutely lovely and helped me stay safe in my travels during the snow storms. I will not be back.
