Not the cleanest, but I didn't ask for a different one.
Leaky shower, bed was very worn out. Great room for a family. Ask for pots and pans. They aren't in room. Breakfast was iight. Like how they have coffee and hot tea all day and night. Pool and hot tub is very small. And everything was cold. Shower. Dryer doesn't dry, after being told they work but want doesn't..... The bar restaurant is only open till 9..... Kinda sucky.... But idk we might be back....

Even though pets are not allowed there were two dogs in the next room that barked and howled for 5 hours before staff did something. Staff said they were service pets and belonged to people who were staying for more than a month. No idea why the service pets were left alone. The staff finally called them (they originally said there was nothing they could do) and the owners came home (at 1:30 in the morning).
There was only a fourth of a roll of toilet paper and no extras so we had to go to the front desk to get more.
No hangers and no extra blankets.

Do not waste your money. My family of 5 was locked out of our hotel room for about an hour after a long day of shopping at MOA due to both our key cards not working. I sat on the hallway floor with my 3 children and all of our shopping bags while my husband searched for the front desk person who was no where to be found. I called several numbers on the keycard, couldn’t get through anywhere. I finally called another grandstay and talked to a front desk person who was really nice. My husband eventually found the front desk person and we got into our room.
TV didn’t work, hot water didn’t work. Hot tub was out of order. Vending machines were out of order. Place was dirty, dead flies on the floor in our room, stained bedding, dirty dishes. We stayed only one night and left early to go to another hotel. The front desk guy apologized and said he cancelled the rest of our stay and discounted our first night. My credit card was charged full price for the entire stay.
Called to talk to a manager this morning who did not care, and said she’d give me a discount. Heard that before.
This place should not be open.

This place needs some general TLC. Wind howls through windows. Cupboards doors are in various stages of disrepair from not closing all the way to almost falling off the cabinets. Room amenities are not stocked well. No pans to cook on the stove with and no dishwasher soap to clean dishes. Just to name a few.
