I have been coming here all my life. Coming back as an adult I find it really bothersome that there are kids screaming in the pool before 8am. I understand this is a very family and child centered hotel, but when most of the rooms are right by the pool I think parents and hotel staff shouldn’t let these kids be that loud so early. I haven’t been to any hotel that opens the pool that early or allows people to be so loud in common areas before 10am. Besides that I love the rooms, and I love the accommodations here.

This place has a decent restaurant, the room was clean but otherwise unremarkable, and staff were friendly. Then it came time for breakfast: typical hotel fare, self-serve, but it cost $12.00 and the cashier was cold and kept pressing me to "make payment" from the moment I sat down. I took one bite of my bacon, paid the twelve bucks and checked out. Would not go back there again just because of that person.

One of the worst hotels I’ve had the chance to stay in, there is absolutely zero privacy in my room with a window next to a gym can’t even close the curtains fully besides a see through curtain. volleyballs and basketballs slamming against the window all day sounds like a bird hitting your window every half hour. screaming or hearing everything during all hours, walls are made of paper. You can hear almost everything thought about making a noise complaint about the kids yelling up and down the hallway after the play area finally closed around 11:15. I work overnights. If you want a good peaceful stay do NOT choose this place, I would give zero stars if I could. It’s almost 12am and still hear kids hollaring. 0/5 no privacy, way WAY to loud, and less then good rooms. Like see through curtains into the gym is just very weird.

I was quite disappointed with this property for a few reasons. The rooms are VERY outdated. The carpet is coming up and is at least 20 years old. The hallways are dark & dingy. There was no coffee in the lobby, and when I asked where the coffee is the front desk girl looked at me like I was asking her for a miracle or something. She said there's a coffee maker in every room. Most people don't want to use this coffee makers. The water tanks on them are breeding grounds for bacteria. The shower in my room might as well didn't have a door on it because the bathroom floor was completely flooded when I got out of the shower. It was a shower with sliding doors and they were completely closed. Our heating unit in the room rattled and shook all night as well. All of this from a Holiday Inn? I expect more when I pay more for a Holiday Inn. Room was 111 in case the management would like to try to fix any of those issues.
