  Checked in to the holiday inn Express in Albert lea mn. The room was dirty when I entered the room so I went down to the front desk to talk to the general manager about the issue and he was flirting with the staff and it was unprofessional and didn't see to care that I was standing there and the issues of the rooms. Also the breakfast food tasted old and I ended up getting sick

  Stayed early morning on 02/26 Front desk agent was wonderful, fast and professional. Accommodating and clean rooms. Breakfast was also great! Recommend staying here

  Lisa and the rest of the staff (including mgmt evening/night shift. Were awesome, kind, friendly and had common sense. Excellent experience with those folks!

  This is my second stay here 60 days apart and both times I specifically requested daily room service, but during my stay my bed was only made once this time and the other time not at all. despite asking for service every day. This was disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel stay. While the room itself was fine, consistency with housekeeping is important, especially when a request is clearly communicated. Unfortunately, this took away from the overall experience. I hope management addresses this for future guests.
