So it worked better to stay over than to drive 100 miles in predicted snow storms at 4am. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked with toiletries. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Chaz checked on us after we got settled in. He made sure our rooms were close together. Loved the room darkening blinds. Very nice breakfast was being presented but we had to leave. I would strongly suggest eating here before going to the hospital in this area because the hospital breakfast is seriously lacking and there are no restaurants in the area. Regardless, the hotel us a great deal.

We had to return four hours later and were finally checked in without a room key — the front desk attendant had to open the door for us each time and was not courteous or helpful. The floor was dirty, the AC did not cool, and when I spoke with the manager on Monday morning, she minimized the situation instead of offering a solution. That first night I couldn’t rest properly because I felt unsafe knowing there was no functioning key and that someone at the desk could accidentally open our room. I expected better standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism from an IHG property.
