  Not a great hotel. The first room we were put in the tub didn't drain. Had to be moved to a smaller room with a room with a roll away bed, which was horrible and needs to be replaced. The room was loud because of the refrigerator and the air conditioner. The toilet had some pink sticky stuff on it. The bathroom was filled with little ants and the handicapped shower was ridiculous to use not because it was handicapped but the shower curtain was useless and water got all over the floor. I would not come back if we were in the area. The hotel employee who helped us switch rooms was nice.

  this is by far the nicest Holiday inn Express we have stayed at. The amenities are what you would come to expect. same with the food but the staff was absolutely the best. everyone smiled, they went over and above to make sure that you're happy whether it's extra towels, extra blankets you name it they would provide it and be happy to do so. I highly recommend it and will be back here again because it's convenient to all of the places we need to go to.

  This hotel is one of the nicest IHG hotels i been to, clean rooms and have a variety in breakfast. Staff was very friendly and supportive, it will definitely be my choice to stay here whenever i am visiting the area.

  The rooms were super spacious and with modern amenities. Small little quirks like the LED lights behind the bed would flash.\n The shower door slider wouldn't stay closed. But other than those small little things, the stay was Pretty good, a lot of awesome things to do nearby.Like Craig cruisers, bowling alleys and shopping centers.The parking lot is kind of small.But the rates were good. All in all four star hotel. I will be returning

  I'm a loyal Holiday Inn Express customer. A good pillow and enough space makes a big difference. Only oddity is a second room card to activate the room lights.
