Wixom is a small suburban city that’s home to many manufacturing businesses, a charming downtown and friendly people. Located just off I-96 with easy access to I-696, I-275 & I-94. With just being a couple miles from the Suburban Collection Showplace. The rooms were clean and cozy, the pool and hot tub were available until 11pm and the complimentary breakfast was great thanks to Elham! She was the sweetest worker, she is very bright and welcoming in the breakfast area! (She kept the food fresh, stocked and area clean) She even had my newborn baby giggling and smiling! I hope to see her on our future stays! We also appreciate the noon check out. Great hotel
- HHHJan 26, 20264.0We recently stayed 7 nights for a hockey tournament, the front desk staff was always so helpful and friendly! Usually when sports teams are around it gets loud and disruptive. The hotel did a great job at keeping the noise down and the hotel comfortable for everyone. The location is in a great area, plenty of shopping and food near by. The only complaint would be housekeeping, our room had a few things that went unnoticed before we checked in. As well as service during our stay wasn't very thorough. If we make it back to Michigan we will stay again.

On the first night the Mike wazowski I’m always watching you looking manager came to the door and told us that we have too many people in our room. It was my wife, our three kids (6,6,12), and myself. This was the room they put us in. It was clearly communicated at check in that was the size of our family. The toilet ran the entire stay and had issues flushing. The shower you have to run around and chase the drips to even get wet. The hot tub was colder than the pool and that’s not saying much. There is clearly a towel shortage at this location for both pool and room towels as they are very hard to come by and when requested I was told that they don’t have any clean or enough. Clearly they have an issue with management here. With multiple cheer, figure skating, and other sports competitions in the area you would think they would prepare for it. Housekeeping is very rude! We will not be booking here again. The only great staff person was the breakfast attendant Idhan! Other than that they all should explore a less customer service work environment.
