  This hotel is wonderful in my opinion, lovely location next to gas stations, restaurants, nice and safe. Service has been great... Very helpful and friendly staff, very accommodating. They serve a complimentary breakfast which has been lovely... Plenty of options even for the pickier kids ☺️. The women who work in the kitchen I wish I caught her name but she was the sweetest to me and my girls and made sure we had everything that we needed. They also serve a complimentary dinner too Tuesday - Friday ( not 100% sure on the days) The room is pretty decent size, it's big enough for my husband and I, our two young ones and a cot for our older kiddo. The mini kitchen is a nice addition in the entranceway. Nice sized mini fridge. Beds are comfy where the pillows are lacking but most hotel pillows aren't the best. Bathroom is decent size and very clean and stocked. The shower has good water pressure, plenty of hot water and dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash is attached to the wall inside the shower. When looking for a hotel with a pool ( for the kiddos) I wanted to make sure it was a heated pool and boy im glad I picked this hotel because not only is the pool heated but so is the room the pool is in and the hot tub is up and running and very large. We brought our roku stick with us also for the kiddos and it's working great even with the " fair connection". I also love the blackout curtains and that you cannot hear what's going on in the next room. All around this hotel is wonderful.

  We stayed for one night to have a mini vacation with the kids. Everything was amazing! The staff was nice, the pool was clean & warm, the room was just what we needed. But the cherry on top of our stay was the breakfast. It was so much better than I anticipated. Even the woman making the breakfast was a delight, I wish I got her name. She was sweet to my kids and very attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at a Holiday Inn.

  Clean place with a very welcoming staff. Elham specifically was so helpful. Came down early morning panic searching for a way to heat milk for my baby. She was so helpful and kind. The next morning she assisted as I balanced all of my children. What a gem you have in that sweet lady ❤️

  Stayed 3 days. The staff is so accommodating. The hotels housekeeping was on point. Fresh linings, extra towels for hottub & pool. Delicious free breakfast and evening meal daily. Elham the cook is everyone's grandma. Sweet and kind. The concierge welcome you with a smile and friendly hello. The manager has 30yrs expirence under his belt & it shows. This place was decorated from top to bottom for Christmas. I really can't say enough nice things about my stay, but what I can say is Thank you. The Wixom holiday Inn was like a home away from home. Amazing place to stay.

  Our room as a gold member we were placed on the 2nd floor turns out there were debate teams in town so above us was 30 plus teenagers that stomped all night so it was sleepless..we should have been placed on the 4th floor. We booked plenty in advance for this. Breakfast was the best part. Eltham was great. She's very friendly and attentive. We reported this to the front desk next morning ad was told " yes there was a problem on the floor above you they are gone now so you should be ok" I thought at the very least I could have gotten so extra points or something but that's all u got. We are only here for one night so them being gone now is useless. You guys need to do better by your loyal members. Looking more like I'll do more with Marriott. I travel 100 plus days a year for work now so I'll keep this in mind.
