My parents are an elderly couple and they came to visit Michigan. I picked them up from this hotel this morning after they flew in last night. They are staying in the state for a long period of time so they had lots of baggage. Despite having lots of items they chose to carry everything down the stairs instead of using the elevator. They said that as they were making their way down the stairs the lobby housekeeper named Lucas stopped what he was doing to help them bring down their baggage one item at a time and eventually help them make their way out of the hotel. My parents had a smile on their face from ear to ear the entire day and couldn’t stop talking about their experience. Their stay was so great that they made me leave a review. True Hilton hospitality.

Also forgot my gym shoes so I couldn't take advantage of the awesome Spin2Cycle gym. My only complaint is that there were a couple of gnats flying around in my room.

Room was clean, breakfast was fresh, drain in room had a smell but we spent very little time in the room it wasn’t worth getting a room change. What stood out tho and made my overall experience great was Kim, she was helpful and hospitable during my entire stay. All the staff had positive attitudes and were great with assisting my friends and I during our stay.

The location is convenient because we live right across the road. Our story is we love to do once a week to turn off the world, no cell phones, no computers, just us catching up on the week and enjoying quality time together. The rooms are great the have everything you need for your safe. We have stayed in the surrounding hotels and not what we expected! Since our stay here we are now regular guests here an love the management and employees. Thanks for making our weekly stays so nice. The Browns
