This comes from working in the customer service industry and serving others, alongside my logic of giving people what I would want. With that being said, the hotel was sleepable. There were some cleaning that definitely needed to be done and not to mention the gum that was stuck on the wall 😳.

Her rapport, professionalism, and genuine care truly make my stays worth it and keep me coming back. During this visit, there were a couple of room-related mistakes, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, I wasn’t advised ahead of time about the construction, and I was woken up a few times due to banging noises. Chris wasn’t on-site at the time the issues occurred, but once I shared my concerns with her, she stepped in and did what she could to make the situation better, which I truly appreciated. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the customer service—especially from Chris—continues to stand out, and that’s why this remains my go-to hotel when I’m in the area.

Wouldn’t come back. Wouldn’t recommend. Place is dirty. Tried to use the vending machine but it didn’t put out my change $2.75. When I told staff they said well it’s not our machines there’s nothing I can do
