Rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and the HVAC system hummed without sounding like a blower moter. The morning breakfast was hot and fresh and even the bagel toaster worked perfect (hotel toasters are a bain of mine). Even the little coffee machine made a quite decent espresso! Staff were all friendly. Will definitely stay there again without hesitation if back in that area.

The service was good but.... the elevator was broke both days we were there so i had to carry all my luggage up 3 flights of stairs a few times. The pool and hot tub was down both days we were there and the kitchen kept running out of juice at breakfast time. Also not one day they cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels. I was very irritated. Probably will try again in future to be sure I'm not tripping. Would like a refund on at least one of the days.

Our key stopped working and they told us the system was down. They had to come and let us in our room every time we needed to get in our room. We stayed 3 nights and they did not once clean our room or give us new towels. The pool was closed. Absolutely horrible and we paid a nice amount for the room no motel or cheap prices.
