- JAJazmin AlfonsoApr 10, 20261.0The main issue was with a staff member named Hannah. From the moment we interacted with her, she had an attitude—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It felt like we were bothering her just by asking basic questions. There was zero effort to be helpful, and the way she spoke to us was honestly shocking. What makes this even worse is that I am a Diamond member, and I’ve stayed at many hotels. I have never been treated with this level of disrespect. There’s a certain standard you expect, especially at that level, and this was nowhere near it. The fact that she had the audacity to act that way toward a loyal customer is crazy. After our experience, I looked through other reviews and realized we’re not the only ones—multiple people have mentioned similar issues with Hannah specifically. That says a lot. This clearly isn’t a one-time thing, and management seriously needs to address it. Overall, terrible customer service, completely unprofessional staff, and not an experience I would ever want to repeat. I would not recommend this location to anyone until they fix how they treat their guests.
