  During my stay in January, we had been placed on the second floor. The room doesn’t have much noise built in to filter out any hallway noise or upstairs noise. At night, the AC/Heat unit would start in and off every 30-45 minutes where it sounded like someone was showering, very loud and disrupting sleep. While the dark curtains don’t cover any light from penetrating into the room. There were strong LED lights outside and really bright, difficult to keep the room dark at night. The shower pressure was terrible. No slippers were offered in the rooms while the carpet is dusty. The pillows were so uncomfortable, highly recommend you bring your own. The location is a very convenient spot and parking was no issues. Check in staff were very nice.

  No cameras, only in first and second floor. I had a terrible experience in floor 6, this is not a safe place in my opinion. I would not recommend staying in this hotel under any circumstance.

  I was not impressed with this hotel. My only complaint, and its very concerning, is the shotty Fire Alarm work in my room. This is very unprofessional and its right over the bed. How creepy is that? Holiday Inn needs to seriously revamp the quality and esthetics of this venue. Oh, and the iron leaked water all over the nightstand.

  While the location was convenient, my stay was extremely disruptive due to excessive noise. Minors were running through the hallways screaming and were clearly unattended for an extended period of time. I contacted the front desk to report the issue and also requested a room change. The representative refused to switch my room, despite it being a Sunday and the hotel not being even halfway booked. When I raised concerns about unaccompanied minors and asked whether this violated hotel policy, I was dismissed and told, “I’m not here to watch people’s kids.” She then stared at me and gave an unprofessional look rather than addressing the issue. Due to the ongoing noise, refusal to accommodate a simple room change, and unprofessional customer service, I informed the front desk that I would be disputing my room. As a long-time IHG member, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from this brand.
