  The curtains are broken and has stains. The lights in the bathroom barely work, you will get noise complaints very easily you can’t turn the tv up past 15, the staff is cool depending on who’s there but their SUPER strict it’s like walking on nails. It’s much better to go somewhere else if you really want to enjoy your stay

  I’ve been getting rooms here for years. Always been a good and safe place to take your kids to. Today I got a room and the guy at the front desk was very unpleasant. Frowned at the kids, lied and said they were knocking on people doors. Now these kids were with me but because they went down the hall talking loud like kids do he came and told a whole lie. Never seen him before but it’s clear he has an issue with kids or people of a different nationality.

  It could have been a better room being Bestwestern the top windows fabric was stained and dirty. My niece had her party here 12/13/25. The shower had water damage at the top which looked disgusting and the top of the room had water stains over the bed. They have a gym and pool the kids enjoyed however whatever they use to clean it was overbearing smell also you need a whole another key for the gym and swimming pool (wrist band) which they provide with checking in. Forgot to take pictures

  Stayed here 4months! The overall experience was ok but must WARN ppl of how business is conducted here. My first time ever meeting the GM over an issue with reservations.they call my room at 10am asking if we'd reserved our room bc they're fully booked.ran don to speak w GM and that began with no willingness to help me AT ALL.he threatened to call police on me for absolutely no reason.i had to walk away so my partner could handle it. Other employees were laughing at the fact that we were about to be screwed and would have to leave.had to reserve most expensive room.called Wyndham and when they spoke w GM,he was willing to ask if someone would take my upgraded room I paid for just so I could stay in the room I was living in already for 3weeks.again, called Wyndham to pay for this upgrade w my points.lady said it's 20,000. We booked.paid.end of call. GM calls my room again saying I still owe $70 more for the room.locked me out of my room until I paid the $70!!! Called Wyndham again and had to wait 2-3hrs for them to review the phone call we just had. While waiting,locked out, employees were pressuring me to pay. Finally, Wyndham said they'd pay the $70 bc lady messed up. This was just 1 of MANY absolutely ridiculous unnecessary stressing situations this BW put us thru. We finally left when we noticed they were accommodating WarrenPD to try and "catch" me doing illegal stuff in the hotel which wasn't happening so they couldn't get me for that but the fact that I was being watched ,followed, they let PD room right across mine. I heard their walkies. I seen them watching me from the windows in the Comfort Hotel right across(same owner of both hotels) I documented every time I seen and felt watched. Isn't it illegal to stalk and harass and try to set someone up?? Holy 🐄 it's a nice tranquil, clean,spacious hotel otherwise
