  Poor experience staying here with my daughters for my youngest's birthday getaway. It was only about 10mins from home which was very convenient. However, we will not be staying there again due to the following reasons: Checking in was similar to dealing with a Secretary of State/DMV employee. Unfriendly, no smile, a little passive aggressive. Perhaps he was having a rough day or dislikes his job. Smelled like marijuana throughout most of the hallways. The guests were rambunctious and exceedingly loud past midnight. I alerted the staff several times to no avail. Our TV didn't work, it just flickered. The pool was over capacity (much smaller than the pictures depict). I've stayed in very cheap motels that were a better experience than this. In all seriousness, I could see it being a great option if you were coming to party without worrying about any rules or noise discipline. When I was younger I would have loved it. I suppose it just depends on why you're staying here and if you require sleep. Bachelor party- YES Business visit or family fun- NO Some might say it's not the staff's fault for the misbehavior of the guests. I beg to differ though. They have a responsibility to enforce rules that allow for a decent stay for everyone that desires peace and quiet.

  This was the worst hotel stay ever in my life. Only thing convenient about this hotel is that it’s by multiple stores and restaurants. The staff act friendly until you make a complaint or ask for your deposit back. This is not a hotel for anyone that’s trying to get some rest or relax. It’s a hotel where people drop their kids off to have unsupervised hotel parties. If you check in DO NOT use your card as a deposit use cash cause they give it right back cause when using your card they will try their best not to give you your deposit back.

  I would give zero stars if it was possible. I've stayed at well over 100 different hotels in my life and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Only one of the staff seemed to be at all knowledgable or capable of doing the job. One employee watched me waiting at the desk for a few minutes before helping me to check in. While checking in a guest announced at the front desk there was blood in the pool area and none of the front staff seemed concerned. Entire place smelled like cheap cleaner and weed. Hallways are always packed with adults and children, running up and down them. Rooms were very poorly cleaned. Tons of noise during all hours of the day. Knocking that sounded like it was on our door as early as 7am. We have a toddler that woke up in the middle of the night and had been crying. Within 5 minutes a security guard was pounding on our door about being too loud. He was extremely rude and demanding that we keep quiet. Not a kind request, a demand for compliance. By far the worst I have ever been treated by an employee of any establishment. Even after attempting to explain it was my child and we were doing the best we could. I was rudely interrupted multiple times by the security guard while trying to do so. Not only would I NEVER recommend this place, I wouldn't go back if I was given free stays, or paid to do so.
