The girl on third shift was kind and helped us the best she could. But the woman in the morning who I believe is the manager was rude and inconsiderate. She took about 5 minutes answering my calls hang up and I had to call again, she then answered me in such a disrespectful attitude and hung up the phone on me. Since she hung up the phone on me I went to the main desk to ask for verification since I did not know what she had verified from her sarcastic response. She then gave me the most disrespectful response just for a simple question. Mind you, I came at her with a respectful tone and serious question. She looked at me like the was the dumbest person and with so much attitude. Honestly from the morning and day I would not recommend. Very unwelcoming and horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! You have to pay for breakfast.

Great room size, comfy clean beds, great water pressure, yummy breakfast made to order choices, friendly staff, warm pool. Had a great experience for the stay with my family. 8 minutes from our activity the next day so perfect location and quiet at night with convenience to local food and amenities if needed.
