Accidently booked the same hotel two years in a row. It was a good accident. We really like the place. The location is close to so many things and it is rather easy to get to downtown. Would stay again.

I stayed here for three nights while in town for a business convention. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, my room was in terrible condition. Everything felt old and worn — there was mold on the bathroom walls, stained towels, cracked drywall, and several broken fixtures.
The worst issue, though, was the smell. In the corner where the bathtub/shower wall meets the bed, there was a strong odor of sewage and water damage. It was awful. I ended up covering the area with towels and spraying Febreze just to make it tolerable.
I didn’t request a new room only because the location was convenient — right next to a back door — and I was out all day until late at night. But if my family or kids had been with me, I would’ve demanded a refund or room change immediately.
I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ve attached a few photos below, though unfortunately, the smell can’t be captured.

The staff made sure to open up the continental breakfast early for marathon attendees. The guests in neighboring rooms were a bit noisy however and the walls are quite thin
