  My husband and I just got back from a one-night stay with our three kids, and we were so impressed that I felt compelled to leave a great review. The pool and hot tub were very clean, and there was always someone making sure we had enough towels. The coffee and hot chocolate were always well stocked, and the rooms were very nice and cozy. We even had pillows labeled “soft” and “firm.” We were very grateful to find full-size bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion instead of the tiny, cheap ones that are typically provided at hotels. Breakfast was incredible and offered so many great options. The lady in charge of breakfast was very attentive and friendly to both my kids and me (she deserves a raise❤️). We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

  Worst experience ever had at a hotel. The front service attendant was absolutely horribe amd was willing to just let us sleep in car in freezing temps with a 3 month old baby even though had reservation through booking.com for over a month.

  Booked a stay at this hotel on booking.com that I used it told me I could pay at the property when arriving at hotel guy stated that I could not pay with cash I had to use the card on file. My boyfriend and I had our 3 month old son with us as we were down here for an appointment for the next morning and home was 5 hours away. I only had cash. So we ran to dollar general to put the money on card. When arriving back at hotel was told that they didn’t accept my cash app card. I proceeded to ask what if I just cancelled the booking and did it so it charged my card right away. He told me they would still need a different card which I did not have. The guy was no help and told us to try a different hotel. Went over to the home2 suites by Hilton. They accepted my card and the customer service was amazing. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.

  I am a regular guest at the hotel as I travel to the area for work. I have never had any issues since I have been staying here. The staff are always so pleasant and accommodating. Management has gone out of their way on several occasions to accommodate requests. I would highly recommend this hotel, with raving reviews, and encourage anyone to stay here.
