  Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Only spent a night but seemed decent. The decor was nice in the bedrooms too. Especially the bathrooms

  Don’t bother with the restaurant in this hotel (The Griffin). They don’t have ingredients to make 80% of the items on the menu. Not even sure why they have a menu to be honest when they can’t make nearly anything on it. As far as the room, it was fairly nice. It was clean and I appreciated the design. The bidet in the bathroom was also a nice touch. The bed wasn’t that comfortable though. When i was trying to sleep at night, I noticed a strong marijuana smell which lasted for about 30 mins. This made it difficult to sleep Also, the pool doesn’t have a hot tub, which I would’ve liked. My experience just wasn’t that good overall so I will not be returning to this hotel

  Nice location, but the staff were very nosy. No microwave, not even a communal one. Owned by a local management group that, in my experience, can be a bit pretentious. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a single few nights in a last-minute emergency. I don’t usually review luxury-style properties on this account, but honestly, I wouldn’t call this place luxury—just nicely designed. There are far too many cameras for privacy & lack of consistent daily housekeeping services. While having no secure stairwell or elevator entry. Most hotels just forgo the massive camera exhibit and install key pads on the elevators + exterior entrance to the stairwells. Let your guest in through the back door if you have anyone there.

  Way better when it was Drury Inn. No hot tub, no breakfast, no microwave to warm food up. Not as described when booked. But hey the staff seems nice. Next time we will stay elsewhere. Bummer after staying here many years.

  Such a great visit! While I only got names of a couple of the employees that we interacted with, everyone we interacted with were amazing. Kaylynn (sp?) was smiley and super sweet from the moment we walked in the door. She was also very knowledgeable about the area, which helped us greatly. Miranda was great as well! Such a smiling face and I think she talked to every guest she saw. When we walked past going to and from the pool (which was also amazing!!), she was making her way through the restaurant talking to everyone in there. She seems like someone who truly appreciated each of her guests as if they were in her own home. My husband is a coffee drinker and noticed that the room didn't have a creamer that he preferred. He asked the bartender about other options and she was able to get him the creamer he was looking for. Thanks for dealing with my picky coffee drinker! Check out this morning was hassle-free free with Nicole. A great smiling face early in the morning! We have done more traveling in the last two years than we ever have. The service and attitudes of the employees here have been the best of all of our travels. Thank you ladies, for the warm welcome. It was much appreciated to be treated like we were staying with friends.
